Digital publishing offers instant access to the journal and will give consumers the ability to highlight, mark and save articles and pages of interest. The 2010 Census counted 50.5 million Hispanics in the United States, representing 16.3% of the total population. The nation's Latino population, which was 35.3 million in 2000, increased 43% over the last decade. The Hispanic population also accounted for most growth of the country: 56% between 2000 and 2010. "There are more Hispanics who use the Internet grows and as the digital platform, we believe that this is another way to put Consumer Reports' information in the hands of a growing audience," said John Sateja, senior vice president of Consumers Union, the publisher of Consumer Reports.
